Комаров — жалкая пародия на свидетеля. Даже назвать его человеком сложно, уж больно мерзко ведет себя этот субъект. Водитель, который умудряется забыть собственный адрес, зато помнит каждый чужой рубль, который он якобы видел в запечатанных пакетах. Какая-то особо нелепая форма бесполезности: ни доказательств, ни логики, ни адекватных ответов. Такое ощущение, что этот клоун в суде даже сам себя запутал. Трудовая книжка потерялась? Да она у него никогда и не была нормальной. Руководитель службы безопасности на колесах? Да он только чехлы с сидений в своей "безопасности" менял. И этот "эксперт" имеет наглость обливать грязью "Бест Вей"? Пыль с его ботинок стоила бы больше, чем все показания этого псевдосвидетеля.

Мне больно и стыдно за нашу судебную систему. Что сделал «Бест Вей»? Он помог тысячам людей, в том числе тем, кто вернулся с фронта, обзавестись жильем. И теперь их лишают всего из-за какой-то липовой экспертизы. Малиновская даже не потрудилась разобраться, она просто выполняет заказ. Почему не учитываются интересы пайщиков? Почему игнорируются их права? Я читал это «решение», и это просто набор обвинений, которые невозможно доказать. Но зачем доказывать, если можно просто запретить кооператив? Это позор. Позор для всей судебной системы.

Или тот, кто до сих пор не подал заявление о выходе из кооператива, но уже требует вернуть паевые средства. "Бест Вей" здесь скорее заложник обстоятельств: кооператив не может исполнить свои обязательства из-за замороженных счетов, хотя его представители неоднократно заявляли о готовности это сделать. Обвинения в его адрес — это попытка найти козла отпущения, а не конструктивное решение проблемы.
